Description
The St. Tammany Parish School Board is soliciting sealed bids from Louisiana-licensed contractors for renovations and additions at Mandeville Elementary School under STPSB Project No. 2545. Bidders must hold the required Building Construction classification under Louisiana contractor licensing law. Bids must include bid security equal to 5% of the base bid and all alternates, in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond. The successful bidder must furnish 100% performance and payment bonds. A pre-bid conference is strongly encouraged at the project site, and bids may be submitted either by sealed delivery or electronically through Central Bidding.
