Description
The contractor will print and mail annual W-2 and 1099-R, 1099-INT, 1099-MISC, and 1099-NEC tax statements using prepopulated PDF files and instructions supplied by the buyer. The scope includes corrected forms, file loading and testing, producing electronic copies and searchable PDF data files of mailed records, providing mailing confirmations and USPS bulk-mailing certificates, and supplying the printing and mailing materials and equipment. Distribution must support U.S. domestic, territorial, and international addresses. The contractor must securely receive, store, process, and dispose of sensitive personally identifiable and earnings information, support security testing, and provide required security documentation and incident-response procedures. The base period is 12 months with four one-year options. Proposals require a technical volume, a completed pricing workbook and price volume, signed solicitation and amendment pages, specified clause information, and corporate experience examples.
