Description
Spring Branch Independent School District is soliciting proposals for a broad Category 2 network upgrade. The requested solution includes approximately 1,250 switches, 5,500 wireless access points, two routers, antennas, connectors, related components, software and licenses, and approximately 30,000 feet of cabling across the listed service requests. Installation and initial configuration are required for the internal-connections equipment requests, and basic maintenance may apply to the proposed solution; the district is not soliciting separate standalone bids for maintenance services. The solicitation references RFP 17031 and requires vendors to register through the district's electronic bidding system to access the solicitation documents. Proposals must be sealed and received by the stated deadline, and spam or robotic responses will be disqualified.
