Description
Dallas Fort Worth International Airport is seeking one or more firms to deliver industry-recognized craft and construction-related workforce training and administer workforce development programs supporting the Airport’s capital improvement program. Training must be available through in-person, classroom, hands-on, virtual, web-based, and recorded formats, using accredited curriculum and qualified instructors. The program administrator will coordinate training providers, conduct outreach and enrollment, manage contractor training accounts and eligibility, process reimbursements, maintain records, and provide monthly, annual, and closeout reporting. The solicitation requires demonstrated NCCER Accredited Training Sponsor status, partnerships with Dallas College and Tarrant County College, experience administering reimbursement-based workforce programs, and capacity to support large infrastructure or public-sector projects. The contract is an initial three-year period, with administrative services potentially continuing through program closeout; the Airport may award one or multiple contracts. Proposals are evaluated on technical compliance, management, past performance, and contractor engagement and community partnerships.
