Atlantic County is soliciting uniformed security services for multiple County facilities, including static security posts, interior and exterior patrols, mobile patrols, access control, visitor screening, building opening and closing, alarm response, incident reporting, emergency assistance, and special-event coverage. The scope includes both armed and unarmed security officers, supervisors, and additional hourly security coverage for various facilities and assignments. Personnel must meet specified New Jersey licensing, registration, fingerprinting, background-screening, training, certification, driver's-license, uniform, and experience requirements. The contractor must provide staffing, supervision, vehicles, equipment, transportation, reports, and daily activity logs.
