Description
The Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA) is soliciting bids for the Terminal Roadway Expansion Joint Replacement project at Nashville International Airport (BNA). The project involves replacing 345 linear feet of transverse expansion joints and 765 linear feet of longitudinal expansion joints on the Terminal Bridge decks. The existing expansion joints have reached the end of their service life and require replacement to prevent water intrusion and extend the bridge's longevity. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals as specified in the contract documents. The project is expected to commence in November 2026 with completion within a specified number of calendar days. Bidders must be licensed contractors in the State of Tennessee and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with a bid guaranty of at least 5% of the bid amount required.
