Description
The project requires supervision, labor, transportation, equipment, and materials to demolish and replace exterior slab-on-grade concrete stairs at the Memphis Light, Gas and Water Division Administration Building. The work also includes installing multiple new aluminum handrails for the stairs and leveling and/or grinding existing sidewalk slabs at multiple locations across the site. All work must comply with the contract documents, specifications, and drawings. Bidders must submit sealed bids, bid bonds, bidder qualifications, and a completed bid envelope. The project is accepting bids, and pricing will be calculated by square foot.
