Description
Tempe Preparatory Academy is soliciting non-budgetary bids for bundled internet access with guaranteed delivery at bandwidths from 1 Gbps to 5 Gbps, including a leased router. The contract must allow bandwidth upgrades without extending the original term, include all taxes and fees, use SPI invoicing, and separately identify eligible and ineligible costs. Vendors must provide manufacturer, model, and SKU information for all hardware and comply with applicable FCC national-security supply-chain restrictions. The solicitation also requests managed internal broadband services and installation, including 50 five-foot Cat6 patch cables, 14 Cat6 data drops averaging 150 feet that are tested and labeled, 500 feet of three-quarter-inch EMT, and 500 feet of one-inch EMT, with installation mounted to the wall for data cabling. Vendor price lists and budgetary quotes will not be considered. Bids must specifically address the requested services and be uploaded through the designated Box submission portal; emailed bids are not accepted.
