Description
Tempe Preparatory Academy is seeking vendor bids for managed internal broadband services and related Category 2 infrastructure. The scope includes managed services for existing equipment, leased router capability, bandwidth that can be upgraded from 1 Gbps to 5 Gbps without extending the original contract term, and installation or initial configuration where required. The requested infrastructure includes 2,100 feet of cabling; 50 five-foot Cat6 patch cables; 14 Cat6 data drops averaging 150 feet, tested and labeled; 500 feet each of 3/4-inch and 1-inch EMT mounted to walls; and quantities of antennas, connectors, and related components. The attached equipment list identifies a Sophos XGS 2300 firewall, Datto AP440 access points, Datto DSW100 switches in several configurations, and CyberPower UPS units. Bids must identify manufacturer, model, and SKU for hardware, include taxes and shipping, separate eligible and ineligible products or services, and exclude budgetary quotes and vendor pricelists. Emailed bids are not accepted; proposals must be uploaded through the designated online submission portal.
