Description
The Cambridge Retirement Board, a defined benefit pension fund managing approximately $2.1 billion in assets for about 6,600 members, is requesting proposals from qualified law firms. The selected firm(s) will provide portfolio monitoring and securities litigation services on a contingency or no-cost basis to the system. The firm(s) must be familiar with and comply with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 32, as amended by Chapter 176 of the Acts of 2011, and the rules and regulations of the Public Employees Retirement Administration Commission (PERAC), 840 CMR.
