Description
The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center's Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory requires authorized Applanix POSPac MMS SmartBase USB License Extended Software Maintenance for four existing licenses. The maintenance must include applicable bug fixes, service packs, software upgrades, and technical support when and if available. Substitute or equal products will not be accepted. The requirement includes a base year covering October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, plus four one-year option periods extending through September 30, 2031. Maintenance must be activated electronically by the first day of each applicable coverage period, with electronic confirmation provided to the Government. Quotations must demonstrate authorized maintenance capability, provide pricing for each contract line item and the total base-plus-options price, and include a signed copy of the RFQ.
