Description
The City of Bossier City is soliciting bids for the Wemple and Old Brownlee intersection improvements. Bids must use the official bid form furnished with the bid package and include bid security of at least 5% of the bid amount, in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds equal to 100% of the contract price and a 24-month maintenance bond equal to 10%. For bids of $50,000 or more, the contractor must certify Louisiana contractor licensure and include the license number on the bid and its envelope.
