Description
The Capital Regional District is seeking a qualified and experienced service provider to perform janitorial and cleaning services for its downtown facility. The solicitation identifies cleaning and janitorial services as the main commodity and includes building information, cleaning frequencies organized by APPA level, a green cleaning program, cleaning performance requirements, floor-area analysis, and quality-control forms. The estimated contract period is 60 months. Responses may be submitted through the BC Bid electronic submission system by pre-authorized electronic bidders or by email to the designated submission address. The procurement is evaluated on mandatory criteria and price, with the lowest-priced quotation meeting the mandatory requirements, terms, conditions, and specifications selected for award.
