Description
The State of Minnesota is soliciting proposals to furnish and deliver laundry equipment for MINNCOR Industries in Faribault. The scope includes installation manuals with drawings and instructions, programming when applicable, and orientation covering proper use, troubleshooting, and daily maintenance of the equipment. Removal and disposal of existing equipment, rigging, site preparation, and installation of the new equipment will be performed by others. Responders may propose on selected line items rather than the entire price schedule. The estimated one-year contract value is $1,231,000 to $1,505,000, although quantities and value are not guaranteed. The anticipated initial term is November 16, 2026, through November 15, 2027, with an option to extend for up to an additional 12 months. Attendance at the October 7, 2026, pre-proposal meeting is mandatory; registration is required by September 30, 2026.
