Description
The City of Lake Geneva is soliciting proposals from contractors to provide mowing, vegetation management, and snow and ice removal services on an as-needed basis for private properties within the city limits. Work may include mowing and trimming overgrown grass, weeds, and vegetation; removing and disposing of vegetative debris; clearing snow and ice from sidewalks, driveways, parking areas, and other directed locations; and applying de-icing materials when authorized. Services will be initiated case by case through City work orders or other authorization. Contractors must provide photographic documentation before and after completed work, timely service, itemized invoices, and compliance with City reporting requirements. Proposals must include company information and qualifications, references for similar projects completed within the last three years, equipment information, a detailed cost proposal, payment terms, proof of insurance and bonding, and evidence of regulatory compliance.
