Description
The City of Oconomowoc Department of Public Works is requesting separate, independent bids for the electrical scope of an elevator modernization project. The selected electrical contractor will contract directly with the City and coordinate with a separately selected general elevator contractor to complete the project. Bids must include a Qualification Statement and 5% bid security payable to the owner in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check. The awarded contractor must furnish performance and payment bonds in the full contract amount. Bidding documents are available through QuestCDN, and plan-holder registration is recommended to receive addenda and bid updates.
