Description
The U.S. Maritime Administration, for the United States Merchant Marine Academy, is soliciting quotations for one Lincoln VRTEX 360 Compact virtual reality welding system (K4914-1), one torch attachment/thermal cutting kit (K4485-1), and setup by a Lincoln representative. The contractor must furnish the required materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and technical work necessary to ensure the system is fully operational upon completion. Quoters may offer the brand-name products or equal products, with any equal products clearly identified on the vendor price sheet. The quotation must include a completed and signed SF 1449 and completed Vendor Price Sheet. Delivery lead time may not exceed 45 calendar days after award. Award will be made using a lowest-price approach, subject to price reasonableness, responsiveness, and responsibility requirements. Active federal SAM registration is required for award.
