Description

The School District of Pickens County is requesting proposals for commercially available Cisco Meraki or equivalent licensing and subscription services for its existing wireless access points and network switches. The solicitation covers 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year co-termination licensing, Meraki's subscription model, and Enterprise Agreement licensing. Vendors must provide current, orderable SKUs, pricing for specified base and additional quantities, billing and license-term details, treatment of existing license value, renewal and cancellation provisions, manufacturer support, and separate identification of eligible and ineligible costs. Incidental remote activation, license provisioning, migration, and initial configuration may be proposed when directly necessary to establish the licensed entitlement, but ongoing network monitoring, management, help-desk staffing, and managed internal broadband services are not requested. Proposals must include a technical proposal, separate cost proposal, required solicitation pages and attachments, at least three references for similar projects, current SPIN/FCC Form 498 information and certifications, and insurance documentation. No products, licenses, or services may be ordered, activated, provisioned, or delivered before the District issues written Notice to Proceed.
