Description
The State of Utah’s Division of Facilities Construction and Management is soliciting bids from contractors prequalified under the applicable Stage I prequalification and listed on the DFCM Prequalified Contractors list. The project involves remodeling and upgrading an existing fish hatchery, including office upgrades, lighting changes, generator upgrades, RV pad installation, mechanical upgrades, radon mitigation, and window upgrades. The project does not change the facility’s uses, building sizes, or occupant load. The stated construction cost estimate is $346,789.00. The bid must be submitted through the online procurement portal, including completion of the online BidTable and upload of a bid bond. A subcontractors list must also be emailed to dfcmcontracts@utah.gov by the solicitation deadline. The bid remains valid for 45 days after opening.
