Description
The U.S. Air Force is soliciting a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for grease trap and used cooking oil containment system maintenance at Edwards Air Force Base and the Air Force Research Laboratory in California. Required services include scheduled pumping, cleaning, inspection, deodorizing, obstruction removal, servicing of used cooking oil collection vessels and secondary containment, spill cleanup, emergency service calls, waste transportation, recycling, and lawful disposal. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and transportation. The performance period is November 1, 2026, through September 30, 2031, with one base period and four annual option periods. Emergency calls require on-site response within four hours, while other over-and-above service calls require response within six hours. The solicitation also requires service reports, disposal manifests, a safety and health plan before award, technical and price submissions, and two to three completed past-performance questionnaires. The acquisition is restricted to eligible small businesses, and CMMC Level 1 self-assessment status must be active in SPRS before award.
