Description
The Federal Aviation Administration is soliciting proposals for cafeteria and vending services at the Fort Worth Air Route Traffic Control Center. The contractor will provide cafeteria operations and 24/7 vending services, including menu offerings, pricing, staffing, cleanliness and sanitation, security compliance, and other facility requirements described in the Statement of Work and Cafeteria Agreement. The required proposal package includes a company summary, proposed menu with tentative pricing, past experience providing cafeteria services in a government or similar facility, and a signed Solicitation, Offer and Award form with the Contractor Staffing Questionnaire and signed amendments. Amendment 0001 extends the anticipated period of performance to December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2031, and extends the proposal deadline to September 25, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Central Time. Proposals must be emailed to the designated contacts and reference solicitation number 697DCK-26-R-00358; faxed and hard-copy proposals are not accepted. The contractor must maintain an active SAM registration on the date offers are due.
