Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking quotations for four units of NSN 6515-01-620-0444, Valve, Resuscitator: three units under purchase request 7018403984 and one unit under purchase request 7018411392. The item is a barrier system with three filtration layers and a one-way duckbill valve, top and bottom ports, adjustment from 5 to 20 cm H2O, an ISO-standard 22 mm ID connector, and compatibility with resuscitation bag flow diverters using a 22 mm connection. The valves must be individually packaged, have a 60-month shelf life, and have no more than nine months elapsed from manufacture to delivery. The solicitation identifies Teleflex LLC part number 5383 as the requested product and requires destination inspection and acceptance, domestic-material compliance, medical marking, and packaging in accordance with the stated DLA requirements. Delivery is required within 20 days after award to designated military medical facilities.
