Description
Washington County, Maryland is seeking a contractor to furnish and install a 4-foot-high black polyolefin-coated chain-link perimeter fence around a new playground at Marty Snook Park. The scope includes a 5-foot-wide pedestrian gate and installation of a County-provided 8-foot square-tube aluminum double custom main entry gate, with self-closing and latching hardware for both gates and a lockable flush bolt on the fixed main gate. The contractor must include all materials, labor, equipment, transportation, permits, fees, taxes, and installation costs in a total lump-sum quotation and must comply with the provided site plan and material specifications. The contractor must substantially complete the work within 21 calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The successful quoter must provide insurance evidence before issuance of the purchase order or Notice to Proceed, including workers' compensation, employers' liability, comprehensive general liability, and business automobile liability coverage. No bonds are required. Addendum No. 1 confirms that the site plan and material specification attachments are available in the online bidding package.
