Description
The New York Power Authority (NYPA) is soliciting proposals for waste transportation and disposal services. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation vehicles, and necessary permits to manage waste from generation points within New York State, including New York City, to ultimate disposition. Services include environmental liability insurance, spill prevention, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
