Description
The Town of Whitestown is soliciting sealed bids from a single prime contractor for lump-sum reconstruction of the Community Center parking lot, with alternative work for reconstructing the parking lots at Town Hall. Bidders must obtain the official bidding documents through the Avalon Plan Room, pay the required non-refundable document fee, register on the official planholders list, and submit proof of qualifications as described in the Instructions to Bidders. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled at Town Hall. Bid security is required in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids may be submitted in person or by mail and will be publicly opened after the submission deadline.
