Description
South Carolina Regional Housing Authority No. 1 is soliciting separate sealed lump-sum bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and services required for site utility improvements at multiple existing individual housing sites throughout South Carolina. The listed project communities include Fountain Inn, Westminster, York, Honea Path, Cowpens, Pacolet, Williamston, Seneca, Fort Mill, Liberty, Central, Walhalla, Ninety Six, Laurens, Whitmire, Heath Springs, McCormick, Edgefield, Landrum, Jonesville, Clover, Inman, Saluda, Blacksburg, Johnston, Belton, Pendleton, Calhoun Falls, Iva, and Trenton. Bidders must submit a five-percent bid bond or certified check, and the successful bidder must furnish 100-percent performance and payment bonds. Bids must include certified evidence of applicable state licensing, including the appropriate contractor's and contractor bidder's licenses, and comply with applicable wage, equal-employment, and housing-authority requirements.
