Description
This Sources Sought notice is market research, not a solicitation for proposals. The draft performance work statement describes a potential contract to provide scientific and subject-matter expertise, technical assistance, capacity building, and program support for nutrition, physical activity, breastfeeding, and obesity prevention initiatives. Work includes supporting state, local, tribal, and community partners; developing and delivering training and learning activities; building partnerships; and providing evaluation, project management, and reporting support. The scope also includes public health communications and technical writing, including developing and editing audience-specific materials, web and social media content, reports, and educational products. The draft describes a base period and two option periods, with work primarily performed at the contractor’s location and travel as needed. Interested organizations are asked to submit a capability response of no more than three pages, including answers to the attached government questions and capability information for up to three relevant projects.
