Description
Cobb County School District seeks a secure, hosted childcare management software solution to administer its After School Program across 63 sites. The system must support registration and enrollment, site and program management, weekly billing and payments, attendance and pickup workflows, reporting, data exchange, and district-wide administration. It must be web-based, mobile-friendly, support tablet attendance workflows, and provide a separate test environment. The selected vendor will configure and deploy the solution for a July 1, 2027, go-live; migrate existing account, financial, enrollment, and attendance data; train district administrators; and provide implementation assistance and ongoing technical support. The response must include a non-cost proposal addressing Sections 8.1–8.9, a completed cost proposal form, and required vendor documents. The solicitation also requests any proposed exceptions to the data-sharing agreement; that agreement itself must be signed before award. Proof of insurance is required after notice of pending award, not with the proposal.
