Description
Delaware County Board of Commissioners is seeking an architect-of-record and associated architectural/engineering consultants for a new Soil and Water Conservation District storage barn. The anticipated facility is a 60-by-100-foot pole barn with a minimum 16-foot ceiling, a 20-foot lean-to, three garage doors, an access door, concrete flooring, heating, a washout sink, a restroom with shower, and an 8-by-8-foot lockable interior room. The scope may include planning, programming, conceptual design, budget estimating, design development, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, landscape architecture, and interior design services; construction documents; bid and award support; construction contract administration; and post-construction closeout services. Firms must submit a qualifications package addressing personnel, availability, staffing, relevant projects, approach, organizational philosophy, quality assurance, and past performance. Selection will be based on qualifications, with possible interviews and negotiations with the highest-ranked firm.
