Description
Latexo Independent School District is requesting proposals for a fully managed leased lit-fiber Internet access solution serving district locations through a demarcation point at Latexo High School. The requested Ethernet fiber service must support scalable bandwidth options from 1 Gbps through 5 Gbps, with bids provided in 1 Gbps increments. The scope includes installation and initial configuration, maintenance, and technical support. Proposals should include three-year and five-year contract options with voluntary extensions, identify eligible and non-eligible costs separately, provide scalability during the contract term, and include installment-payment options of up to four years for applicable special-construction charges. The district requires completion of the attached vendor form and electronic submission through the designated RFP system.
