Description
The Bureau of Land Management is conducting market research for janitorial services at its Amarillo Field Office. The draft performance work statement describes cleaning office areas, common spaces, specialty rooms, and the employee breakroom, including trash removal, floor and carpet care, dusting, glass cleaning, disinfecting surfaces, and occasional HVAC vent and light-fixture cleaning. The contractor would provide personnel, equipment, cleaning supplies, paper products, and other materials; cleaning products must meet specified environmental standards.
