Description
The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts seeks one contractor to provide editing, publishing, printing, distribution, and digital publication services for updated editions of the Texas Property Tax Code and Texas Property Tax Laws. The contractor must produce annotated and unannotated editions for 2027, 2029, and 2031, incorporating statutory changes, case-law and Attorney General opinion annotations where applicable, indexes, cross-references, tables of contents, amendment tables, and CPA-provided forewords. The scope includes 5,500 printed copies of the Texas Property Tax Code and 2,500 printed copies of the Texas Property Tax Laws for each applicable edition, plus searchable, Section 508-compliant PDF files of both publications. Printed books must be perfect-bound, three-hole punched, 8.5 by 10.875 inches, and use 40–50-pound offset publishing paper. The contractor must provide drafts, revisions, final publications, status updates, error correction, legislative-session updates, distribution, and optional pricing for additional copies. The initial contract term is 2027, with four one-year options; no services are expected during 2028 and 2030.
