Description
The University of Texas at San Antonio seeks one new, fully integrated and operational high-performance workstation for AI, machine learning, large language model training, and advanced GPU computing. Minimum specifications include a 32-core processor, 768 GB of DDR5 ECC registered memory, four professional workstation GPUs with at least 90 GB of dedicated ECC memory each, 2 TB NVMe storage, 24 TB enterprise HDD storage with RAID 1, high-speed networking, and an installed Linux operating system. Equivalent configurations may be proposed with supporting technical documentation. The bid must include the complete system configuration, pricing, estimated lead time and delivery schedule, any known supply-chain constraints, warranty details, and applicable tariff information or a statement that tariffs do not apply. Equipment must be new, compatible, and supplied by an authorized reseller, distributor, or provider. This is anticipated to be a one-time purchase; delivery is requested within 20 days after award.
