Description
Spearville Unified School District 381 is requesting proposals for Category 1 internet access and data transmission services in increments of 500 Mbps, 1 Gbps, and 2 Gbps, with a required allocation of five static IP addresses. Vendors may propose one-, two-, or three-year contract options, and the district will consider voluntary extensions. Proposals must provide detailed, line-item pricing that separates E-Rate-eligible costs from ineligible services or equipment and identifies taxes, surcharges, regulatory fees, and all one-time installation, activation, or initial-construction costs. The district will evaluate eligible-service cost as the primary factor, while also considering technical merit, references, prior vendor experience, locality, and proposal quality. Vendors must support standard E-Rate invoicing procedures and may be asked to provide optional installation services or participate in an optional site walkthrough.
