Description
The Barbados Water Authority is seeking separate quotations for three hybrid SUVs. Two vehicles must be five-door subcompact crossovers with five-seat capacity, a 40-liter fuel tank, a 1.5-liter i-VTEC engine paired with an electric motor, and stated hybrid fuel economy of 24.8–25.0 km/L. The third vehicle must seat five and meet a separate specification that includes a 13.7-gallon fuel tank, 1.6-liter inline four-cylinder turbo engine, lithium-ion battery, and specified power and torque figures. The submission must include the completed and signed Applicant Bid Submission Form and Form of Tender/Form of Quotation, plus applicable business registration, tax clearance, social security clearance, labor-compliance, and good-standing documents. The solicitation requests quotations through the Government of Barbados e-procurement portal. The RFQ also contains an unrelated scope paragraph referring to surface valves; the vehicle-specific request and specifications are the clear subject of this procurement.
