Madison-Oneida BOCES, on behalf of Oneida-Herkimer-Madison BOCES, is soliciting bids for one new 2026-or-newer Ford Pro cargo van or equal. The van must include all standard features and specified equipment, including a gas engine, all-wheel drive, low roof, fixed rear cargo door glass, a maximum payload GVWR of 8,700, and an interior upgrade package or equivalent. Bidders must provide technical specifications and descriptive literature, including details of installed and optional equipment, and proof of their ability to provide the vehicle. The bid price must include delivery and other dealer costs. The selected vendor is responsible for delivery and specified unloading, moving to the point of use, uncrating, assembly, adjustment, and leaving the vehicle ready to operate. This is a one-time purchase; bids must be mailed or delivered, and email bids are not accepted.
