Description
The State of Michigan Department of Technology, Management & Budget Printing Services is requesting 4,000 truck decals for April 2028. Each label must finish at 5 inches by 2.5 inches, be sequentially numbered 0001 through 4000 in bold black type, and use clear 3-mil Mylar or equivalent polypropylene with black and PMS-151 orange printing and a white laminate backer. Decals must have permanent adhesive on the face so they adhere inside the windshield and cannot be removed for reuse on another vehicle. Supply labels one-up, shrink-wrapped in packages of 100, with cartons marked to identify their contents and package counts. The State will provide an electronic file. A PDF color proof must be submitted for approval before the production run. Bidders must attach a detailed quote letter; failure to do so disqualifies the bid. Only prequalified vendors will be considered, and bids will be evaluated on best price and value.
