Description
Tulsa Technology Center seeks proposals for leased dark fiber and/or leased lit-fiber data transport to connect its facilities through a protected wide area network. The scope includes up to 12 dedicated dark-fiber strands per facility, lit-fiber transport with dedicated symmetrical bandwidth, network equipment to light dark fiber, and associated maintenance and operations. Proposals may include new fiber construction and must describe network design, routes, resiliency, service levels, construction schedules, and costs. Respondents must complete the provided vendor-pricing workbook, price all facilities and applicable bandwidth and term options, and separately identify recurring, non-recurring, and special-construction costs. Proposals must also include a technical narrative, network diagram, implementation timeline, three similar-project references, and resumes for at least three project employees. The requested contract structure is an initial 12-month term with four voluntary annual renewals; services are needed beginning July 1, 2027.
