The City of Utica's Board of Contract & Supply is soliciting proposals for post-redemption period dog transfer services. Bidders must obtain official bid documents from the Board of Contract and Supply and be registered on their bidder list. Proposals must be submitted sealed, addressed to the Board of Contract and Supply, and clearly marked with the bidder's name and the title of the work. Bids that do not comply with submission requirements will be considered informal. The city is committed to non-discrimination in employment practices.
