Tempe Union High School District Legal Advertisement Human Resources Suite RFP No. 27-006KA-32RFP The Tempe Union High School District (TUHSD) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Human Resources Suite software. A copy of Request for Proposal (RFP) 27-006KA-32RFP may be obtained through the District's OpenGov Procurement Portal at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/tuhsd All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted through the OpenGov portal no later than October 21, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. (Arizona Time). Sealed proposals must be submitted electronically through OpenGov and are due November 5, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. (Arizona Time). Description
Tempe Union High School District No. 213 is seeking a comprehensive, cloud-based human resources software solution, which may be an integrated suite, individual modules, or a combination of solutions. Required capabilities include applicant tracking and recruiting, onboarding, absence and substitute management, professional learning and growth, employee evaluation management, reporting and analytics, electronic workflows, document management, role-based access, mobile-friendly access, and secure data handling. The solution must support integration or data exchange with Tyler Technologies School ERP Pro (iVisions), including applicant-to-employee transfers and personnel action processes. The selected vendor must provide implementation, configuration, data migration, integration development and testing, administrator and end-user training, ongoing technical support, and customer-success services. The District intends to establish an initial three-year contract with up to two one-year renewals. Proposals must separately address technical functionality, implementation, support, module and subscription pricing, and any optional or additional services.
