The U.S. Army is conducting market research for a TL-2PTL-2P production toolroom lathe for subtractive manufacturing. The requested lathe package includes a belt-type chip conveyor, 32 GB expanded memory, electronic handwheels, a machine anchoring kit, an SR-55 manual steady rest, and a manual tailstock. The requirement also includes a Dynasty 300 welder with a wireless foot control complete. Controlled attachments identified with the opportunity include a lathe specifications document and a welder specification sheet; access requires sign-in.
