Description
The Texas Department of Criminal Justice is soliciting bids to establish a purchase order for automatic transfer switches for its Estelle Unit. The procurement is for electrical equipment and does not describe installation or other services. Products must be new and unused, meet applicable OSHA requirements, and carry an appropriate UL, FMRC, or NEMA listing. Respondents offering alternatives to referenced brands or specifications must identify the manufacturer, brand or trade name, and provide illustrations and a complete product description. Responses must be submitted through the Euna Procurement portal as PDF files. The response must be completed on the solicitation form, include unit pricing, be signed by an authorized representative, and state the respondent's delivery time. The standard terms require delivery to the TDCJ receiving location under the resulting purchase order.
