Description
This Sources Sought notice requests capability statements for a planned design-bid-build construction project to add approximately 14,080 square feet of space for physical therapy, occupational therapy, chiropractic, and related services. The work includes connecting the new addition to the existing building and making minor modifications to the MRI building to maintain access and function during construction; renovation of the existing physical therapy space is excluded. The project is expected to require construction labor, materials, and equipment, with an estimated magnitude of $10 million to $20 million and an estimated duration of 550 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Respondents are asked to provide company and business-size information, a statement of interest, a bonding-company letter of intent showing available prime-contractor bonding capacity, and relevant experience for up to three comparable projects performed within the past seven years. The experience discussion should address project details, technical skills and key personnel, maintaining uninterrupted service in active hospital settings, and the respondent’s self-performed work. Submit a capability statement of no more than eight single-sided pages as a single application-generated PDF of no more than 4 MB; include a cover page and identify the Sources Sought number and project title in the email subject. This is market research, not a bid or proposal request; the eventual solicitation method and any socioeconomic set-aside have not yet been determined.
