Description
Habitat for Humanity Portland Region is soliciting metal fabrication services for the Taylors Ferry project, which includes 17 single-family homes. The contractor must design steel railings according to plan, prepare shop drawings for Habitat and architect review and approval, fabricate all metal railings, and provide the labor, materials, and equipment required for installation. The scope also requires verifying existing conditions, core drilling and epoxying the railings, powder-coating all railings black, and supplying Habitat with a powder-coat touch-up bottle. The contractor must schedule a site walk with the superintendent before bidding; installation dates will be communicated by the superintendent, with work scheduled for fall 2026.
