Description
The Ada County Highway District is soliciting construction services to widen Franklin Road to five lanes between McDermott Road and Black Cat Road. The project includes multi-use pathways on both sides of the roadway, stormwater and irrigation facilities, continuous street lighting, and signalization of the McDermott Road and Franklin Road intersection. The contractor must coordinate with all utility contractors. Questions and clarification requests must be submitted through the ACHD eProcurement Portal by the stated deadline; questions submitted by phone, manual delivery, or email will not be accepted. The bid opening will be conducted by Zoom.
