Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quotation for one rack, ammunition stowage, NSN 2590-01-524-6125, with delivery to the DLA Distribution Anniston facility. The requirement includes contractor first article testing: three units must be tested, and a first article test report must be submitted within 30 calendar days after contract award. The production item has a required delivery schedule of 239 days and must be delivered FOB origin. The item is subject to export-controlled technical-data requirements, approved Joint Certification Program access, CMMC Level 2 requirements, source-controlled components, inspection and acceptance at origin, and specified packaging and marking standards. The solicitation is not a small-business set-aside, although HUBZone price-evaluation provisions are included.
