Description
InterMountain Education Service District is soliciting proposals for a fully managed, leased lit fiber wide area network solution providing dedicated, symmetrical, point-to-point connectivity among district locations. The solution must support scalable bandwidth, reliable and resilient service, path diversity, provider-supplied and managed electronics, and service-level commitments including 99.99% network availability, defined latency and jitter limits, outage response, and restoration targets. The scope may include special construction, design and engineering, permitting, fiber pathway construction, installation, equipment, testing, restoration, and as-built documentation. Proposals must include a service description, SLA, implementation timeline, demarcation details, logical network diagram, geographic fiber pathway map, sample contract, three recent customer references, and the required pricing and certification attachments. The proposal is limited to 75 pages, with the combined proposal and coversheet limited to 50 MB; electronic submissions must use the designated portal and may be formatted as PDF, DOCX, and/or XLSX.
