Description
This Master Agreement (MA) is between the State of Maine and Dead River Co, LLC for the provision of Ultra Low Sulfur #2 Heating Oil (ULSHO). The contract covers delivery to any State of Maine location, with the exception of the Mid-coast region. The contract period is from September 1, 2023, through June 30, 2027. The pricing for ULSHO is set at $2.6031 per gallon effective January 1, 2026, inclusive of shipping terms of "Free on Board (FOB) - Destination". All State of Maine Departments, Agencies, Municipalities, political subdivisions, and school districts are authorized users of this MA contract. Delivery orders over $10,000.00 will be created in AdvantageME and emailed as a PDF to the vendor. The vendor is responsible for delivering material in first-class condition. The agreement also includes provisions for potential contract extensions and compensation for financial damages in the event of a volume shortfall.
