Description
Limestone County School District seeks leased-lit-fiber wide area network service connecting its collector site to 17 district locations. The requested scope includes connections of at least 1 Gbps, customer-premises equipment and maintenance, installation and configuration, monitoring, and a service-level agreement. Proposals must identify eligible and ineligible E-Rate costs and separately itemize recurring, non-recurring, and special-construction costs where applicable. Respondents must provide a proposal narrative, pricing forms, a detailed cost breakdown, a completed qualifications form, at least three qualifying project references, a signed and dated service agreement, and an executed general acknowledgment. The requested contract term is one year with four optional one-year extensions; the initial term is specified to begin July 1, 2027. Responses are submitted through the project website as PDFs, with a 15 MB size limit.
