Description
The School District of Pickens County is requesting proposals for commercially available licenses and subscription services for its existing Cisco Meraki wireless access points and network switches. The solicitation covers 1,700 wireless access points and switches consisting of 14 MS120-8FP, 53 MS225-24P, 375 MS225-48FP, 4 MS250-24P, and 2 MS250-48FP units. Vendors may propose Cisco Meraki or an equivalent solution that provides complete licensing and support without hardware replacement, loss of functionality, service disruption, unpriced products or services, or additional District cost. Pricing is requested for one-, three-, and five-year co-termination licensing, Meraki subscription licensing, and Enterprise Agreement licensing. Proposals must provide current orderable SKUs, billing and license-term details, support entitlements, migration and existing-license treatment, growth and renewal provisions, and separate pricing for eligible, ineligible, optional, or incidental services. Incidental remote activation, license provisioning, migration, and initial configuration may be proposed and separately itemized; ongoing network monitoring, management, help-desk staffing, and managed internal broadband services are not requested. Responses must include technical and cost proposals, references, required certifications, and insurance documentation, and must be submitted in a sealed package with the requested paper copies and electronic flash drive.
